We have a regular group of 5 older men come in every couple of weeks to enjoy our fresh Oysters, Steaks and Free Flow wines. Last night they had Two platters like the one shown in the picture (about 30 oysters per platter), a Large USA Tomahawk steak (about 2 KG) and a few smaller pasta and risotto dishes. They enjoyed our French white wine with the Oysters and our Italian Cabernet Veneto red wine with the steaks. They finished off with Chocolate Brownies on a hot plate with sizzling Chocolate Sauce, with ice cream on the side. The dessert was paired with our St Louis Brut de Brut, a lively slightly sweet sparkling wine from southern France.
