One of our more popular red wines is this very fine Vin De France (VDF) Syrah Merlot from the Rhone Region of France. It has a very fine bouquet, mixing cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant and vanilla. The palate has a fresh taste in the mouth, full bodied, with delicate tannins showing volume, and finish with toasted notes. Best enjoyed with simple flavoursome meals like barbecue, pizza, pasta, or with grilled white meat, lamb chops and exotic food. Cheers !
