Try dozens of new items including our new head Chef’s delicious Sous Vide Wagyu Beef Carpaccio on Wild Mushroom Risotto as seen below. This dish is based around richly flavoured Wagyu beef that has been slow cooked for hours …to achieve a melt-in-the-mouth consistency, perched atop a hearty serving of Risotto flavoured with cream and wild mushrooms, served with fresh asparagus and garnish. A meal on its own or a wonderful dish to share with friends at the table. This dish would pair well with a glass of Corte Giara Merlot Corvina, a wonderfully soft bodied red wine from Italy. Finish the night with a delicious Lava Cake , molten chocolate centre paired with ice cream. We also have some four course set menu options (for couples) available from Sunday to Thursday.
