Such a hassle owning an upmarket restaurant, you have to spend your breaks tasting wine samples that vendors have dropped off 😂🎉. Today we are tasting some French wines, Les Petites Jamelles, which were recommended by Felipe, our resident sommelier. Red, White and Rose. He loves how balanced they are , with acidity and sweetness evenly matched , and lots of fruit flavour but without being overwhelming. Even though we just printed a new wine list, I’m sorely tempted to add these.
經營高檔餐廳真係好煩，要用休息時間試飲供應商送來嘅酒樣 😂🎉。今日我哋試緊幾款法國酒 Les Petites Jamelles，由我哋嘅駐場品酒師 Felipe 推薦。有紅酒、白酒同玫瑰酒。佢好鍾意呢啲酒嘅平衡感，酸度同甜度配合得剛剛好，果味豐富但又唔會過火。雖然我哋啱啱先印咗新酒單，我都好心動想加埋佢哋落去。
