“Pepperoni” (a salami made spicy with peppers and chilli) is actually an Italian- American thing. At Cafe 2 our version of Pepperoni Pizza (a spicy pizza with Italian salami) is made with (standard) Italian salami and N’Duja sausage , a very soft and spicy sausage native to Italy. Spicy but still authentic – with an extra benefit that if someone doesn’t want it spicy , we just hold the N’Duja. Best of all worlds! #pizza
