Dish of the Day: Canadian Scallops with Kimchi infused Pomodoro Risotto. Seared scallops topping a dish of risotto made with tomato, kimchi and herbs. Mildly spicy with a rich tomato base and fresh scallops. Like all our dishes, it’s a filling, hearty meal that will leave you feeling satisfied. Goes well with our sparkling St Louis Brut Sparkling or Colombians white wine, both part of our evening Free Flow option.
